Half way through the new year and here's another edition coming up! Of course February will always remind me of our 25th BM Anniversary Celebrations and gets me nostalgic! If not on such grand scale, we are still having a blast doing the different themes and I am hoping my themes are liked by the members! I have to thank
Mir for suggesting some of the themes.
For those of you who are landing here for the first time, then please check out these posts on Blogging Marathon, you can read about all the history, the thought process that's gone in everything in one place in the
BM#18 intro
The entry is again by Sign ups and each theme will again have only 4 bloggers on first come first basis.
And because of the new rules I will not be able to accept late sign ups as it will become extremely hard for me to manage otherwise. If you feel you want to do it, please decide ahead, else you can join later.
Commenting on the participating bloggers post is mandatory.
And subscription to the group will be monthly basis.
Kid's Delight - Oven baked Snacks - Sweet and Savory (3,4,5 and 10,11,12)
Kid's Delight - After school Snacks / Tiffin (17,18,19 and 24,25,26)
Please note Kid's delight posts be it for the BM theme or the event, needs to be kid approved. Which means you get your kid, your young relatives or neighbors approve what you have made. Would surely appreciate a note on who liked it and their age group. This way we can tag it properly.
Another thing can be that you as a kid liked the particular dish. Else it will not be eligible for both the events.

Rolled and Baked
As the theme says, the dish can be anything that is rolled and baked. The entire cooking process has to be from scratch and can't be like you roll a roti and bake it. It can be sweet or savory. Can be from any cuisine. Can be a twist of the original dish as well.
Kitchen Basics
This can include spice powders used in Indian Cuisine, Homemade mixes like pancake mix, condiments like sauces, ready to use toppings used on different dishes etc. This basically includes any dish that can compliment another dish but can't be served as such.
Chocolate Cupcakes/Muffin
Do three cupcakes/Muffin, that are
Fruit and chocolate
Chocolate based
With chocolate chip or with frosting
Street food from around the world
This should feature street food from the world, excluding India
Fruit Based Desserts
Can be any dessert with only condition being it has to be with fruits.
National Dish
As the theme says, check out the list
on Wiki and make any three national dishes, excluding India
Special Theme - Do three weeks and for the 4th week you get to do the special theme.
BM Team's Challenge
For a change, I wanted the fourth week to be different. So this turns out to be a "Take the Challenge" or something like that. By a particular date, I will be asking the BM members to throw challenges for members who pick up this theme. So members can suggest a dish and the blogger who has opted for this will select from the list and do the fourth week. This is still relatively easy because if 20 bloggers are doing this Edition, you can pick any 3 from this list.
This is accepted only for the 4th week (and should have done all three previous weeks).
