Kid's Delight - Nutritious food for Sport Enthusiasts (17,18,19 and 24,25,26)
Pradnya will be hosting this edition. She is calling for Nutritious food for Sport Enthusiasts
These can include foods rich in proteins, calcium and minerals, which can be building blocks for your child to become a sportsperson.
This can also be fusion food involving innovative recipes where you incorporate health drinks in the dishes, like Bournvita Cake etc.
Festival Dishes with Step by Step pics
With so many festivals coming up, cook up any of the festival dishes with step by step pictures to help.
Combo Platters ~ Tikkis/ Patties
This should be combo dishes that can be served together, like Tikki chole, Can be Indian or international
Other example would Burgers with fries, toast with cutlet etc. Or you can simply do a platter of Tikkis with different sides like rotis, bread etc.
More examples will be tikki paratha, tikki wrap etc. The dish should have accompaniment as well. Meaning if you are serving burgers, fries should also be part of the picture.
Toast with cutlet and fries. Basically protein + carb, Carb + starch, protein + starch combinations
Fiction with Food
If you are one of those who always have a story to share, especially when you think of your food, do share it with us. There is no mandate that it has to be literary excellence, but should be proof read and edited appropriately. The recipes featured along with the story can be anything, from any cuisine. The
I know this is too easy, don't want to impose so many clause in this. Simply bake a cake without eggs, listing how you replaced the egg.
Your favorite celebrity chef recipes
This can range from Indian to International. Anything of your choice. Each day one celebrity and not all three days from the same chef.
Do I need to say much? Well chocolate is my favorite and more my kids. So I don't mind getting to read about Chocolate as desserts, fusion or whatever form you want to serve it.

Please remember all three days can't be the same. It has to be different and different blogs.
