I have out up Images for more clarity
Below are the steps to follow
Click on New post from your Dashboard
Give your post Title
Click on Permalink on your Right Side Bar
Select the Month, Date and Time for publishing this post
Click on done
To get your Permalink:
Click on Permalink again, it will Auto generate your Post URL, copy the URL.
Hit Publish
You will be taken to your posts dashboard
Check to ensure your post is scheduled.
Click on the image and navigate to understand the flow.
