Cakes with Different egg substitutes
As the theme says, make an eggless cake with egg substitutes. Flavours can be different or same. However the egg substitutes have to be different for all three days.
I have listed out some snacks below. Your 3 days will have to be from this list. All three days have to be different. Stuffing is your choice, however the snack has to be from this list.
The options are:
Pinwheel Pizza Snacks
Cheese Pizza Snacks
Bagels pizza snacks
Pizza bread sticks
The famous dhoklas are here to be enjoyed! Cooking method can be different like MW, Rice Cooker or Stove top. I am not restricting it. Or you can make all three days on stove top.
However the dhoklas have to be different for each day.
Tame the Yeast with Combos
This is a new theme that's introduced in BM from this month on. This is a baking special, where the expert in house baker will share a foolproof bread for the rest of the group to bake. The item to be baked will be decided ahead and shared with all. So everybody will have a month's time to work on the bread. This is again follows the same BM rules.
The idea is to share two breads. Participants can do both the breads or one bread. For the rest of the two days, they can make something as suggested below.
Day one will be basic bread
Day two - Spreads/Jam/Flavored Butters to be accompanied by the same bread (can be any cuisine)
Day Three - Fried bread recipes/ Dessert
Else if they want to do both the breads, for day three they will do one of the suggested ideas.
You can also share something related to bread or anything on bread as well if you don't want to do the other general ideas.
However since we will be doing a sandwich bread, you can always do some sandwich recipe with those breads.
The festivals of the month will be focusing on Onam Special and Navaratri. So research on these and share interesting recipes. You can even pick up some other regional special festivals and blog on them as well.
I know this theme seem so out of contest to the season. However I enjoy eating ice cream in winter, so I guess there might be others like me, who would still enjoy a smoothie in this season as well.
Special Theme - Do three weeks and for the 4th week you get to do the special theme.
This is a special theme for members doing all first three weeks. Members who choose this theme, can do their bookmarked dishes. Can be offline or online.
This is accepted only for the 4th week (and should have done all three previous weeks).
