Dry coconut / Copra - 3/4
Garlic - 1/2 cup
Jeera - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1/2 cup
If we want to store the powder for more than a month, you can refrigerate.
Spice level can be increased according to preference.
This yields large batch. So you can refrigerate in small quantities.
